MiNi QUiCHES A L'iTALiENNE

Bonjour,
aujourd'hui je vous propose des mini quiches à l'Italienne. Je suis sure que vous avez déjà mangé des petites quiches ou apéro que vous acheté congelé. Franchement, entre nous, c'est pas bon!?!! En plus on arrive même pas à reconnaître ce qu'il y a dedans ! Avec des mini quiches maison, je pense que vos invités apprécieront davantage. Elles sont toutes simples, et rapide à faire. Pour les moules j'ai utilisé ceux qu'on m'avait envoyé pour le concours mettez du vert dans votre assiette. (Pour les mini quiches de mes photos je n'avais pas pu mettre de copeau de parmesan)

Ingrédients pâte brisée
~ 250g farine.
~ 125g beurre.
~ 1 jaune d'oeuf.
~ 50ml d'eau.
~ 5g de sel.
Ingrédients appareil à crème prise salée
~ 2 oeufs.
~ 150g de farine.
~ 500ml de lait.
Ingrédients garniture à l'Italienne
~ 1 boule de mozzarella.
~ 6/8 tranches de jambon cru.
~ Grana padano râpé.
~ Parmesan entier.

Préparation pâte brisée
~ Tamiser la farine et le sel.
~ Ajouter le beurre en parcelle et sabler le pâte.
~ Battre le jaune d'oeuf et l'eau, faire un puits et incorporer. Pétrir rapidement, ne pas trop travailler la pâte, puis la fraiser, la filmer et la mettre au frais.
Préparation garniture à l'Italienne
~ Couper le jambon cru avec la mozzarella finement.
~ Ajouter le grana padano.
~ Réaliser des copeaux de parmesan.
Préparation appareil à crème prise salée
~ Mélanger 250ml de lait avec la farine.
~ Incorporer les oeufs puis verser le lait progressivement.
~ Bien assaisonner.
~ Mélanger la garniture à l'Italienne avec l'appareil à crème prise salé.
Préparation mini quiches
~ Étaler la pâte puis la mettre dans les petits moules éventuellement beurrés.
~ Mettre la garniture, et déposer un copeaux de parmesan dessus.
~ Cuire les minis quiches à 220°, jusqu'à ce que le dessus soit dorées et gonflées.
